How much does it cost to build a house in Pune?

How long does construction take?
A ground-floor home typically takes 5–6 months, and each additional floor adds about 1.5 months. Your exact timeline is written into the contract.
How do payments work?
Payments are split into stages such as foundation, structure, masonry, MEP and finishing. You pay for each stage only after it is completed and passes inspection.
Do you help with building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and coordinate the sanction process with PMC, PCMC or PMRDA as applicable.
Can I change the design or materials during construction?
Yes. Any change is quoted in writing first, and work proceeds only after you approve the revised cost.
Do you build outside Pune?
